Students and staff at Main Street School attended an assembly on Friday, March 10th to celebrate a "love of reading" and Read Across America. Thank you to our special guest Miss NH 2016 Caroline Carter for reading to us and visiting classrooms. Also, thank you to all staff and students who dressed up as their favorite storybook character!

Rose is a Competency-Based Learning and Assessment Specialist assisting schools throughout the United States in designing high quality competency, assessment and grading systems. A New Hampshire resident, Rose is a motivational speaker and presenter in the areas of competency-based learning, digital learners, differentiation, and school leadership. She is an author, a consultant to the NH Department of Education, an Adjunct Professor in Educational Leadership at Plymouth State University, has been a partner in the Nellie Mae Education Foundation, and has served as Principal in Residence for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
